Alto Bajo is a Modern Mexican Restaurant located in Portland, OR. The charging aesthetic for this design was to create a space that was a balance of clean and modern as well as bold and colorful. White brick and raw cement walls honored the historic architecture of the building while colorful pendants and upholstery brought in the bold accents to compliment the modern Mexican fare. My scope in this project included leading design, specifying all FF&E, editing all drawings and models and working with the architect, construction team and operations consultants.
