Best Western Guestroom Refresh

This was a guestroom refresh that included the following specifications: flooring, window coverings, wall coverings, bathroom flooring, and select furniture. All specifications and drawings were passed and approved by Best Western per brand requirements.

Presidential Suite

This design is for a Presidential Suite in a hotel in Portland, OR. Scope includes all schematic design, FF&E specification, floor plans, electrical and lighting drawings, vendor selection and construction administration.

Alto Bajo- A Modern Mexican Restaurant

Alto Bajo is a Modern Mexican Restaurant located in Portland, OR. My scope in this project included specifying all FF&E, editing all drawings and models and working with the architect, construction team and operations consultants.

This is a project done in Revit 2016. The modeled space is a potential event/ interior design studio space located in Pleasanton, CA.
